Our team in Overcomers provides you with support services whether you choose to live at your residence or an accommodation we managed with our well-equipped staffs.
We provide STAA in a very comfortable and relaxed environment. With this, caregivers and families can take some time off while our highly skilled staffs look after their loved ones and providing them with every necessary supports.
We support participants either individually or in group in learning, developing and encouraging the use of skill set in order to live independently as possible.
Our team offers supports and assistance in personal care such as hygiene and grooming, mobility, toileting.
High intensity support services includes, complex bowel care, Enteral feeding and management, Severe dysphagia management, Tracheostomy care, Urinary catheter care, Ventilation care, Subcutaneous management, Meal time preparation and management, and Stoma care.
We have trained professionals including: registered nurses and qualified social workers that provide mental health support, social work support and counselling, as well as Behaviour Specialist Support to the participants and their families adopting the strength based approach to our supports.
